Other // My Current Everyday Make-Up Products

I thought I would do a post on what my current everyday make-up is. This is the make-up that I have found myself using practically everyday for the past few weeks! I will say that after photographing all of the above, my Sephora foundation slipped out of my make-up bag and smashed on the floor which, as you can imagine, is pretty devastating. I will look back at these photos of it as if I were looking at an old friend.

For the face:
Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation in Light Vanilla- I bought this foundation a while ago due to its high regard amongst the blogging world with everyone saying it makes a flawless base due to its medium/full coverage. I do agree to an extent but even the lightest shade is slightly too orange for me so I have to mix it with another foundation. When it runs out I think I will try a different foundation but I will happily revert back to this one if needs be.
Sephora 10hr Wear Perfection Foundation in Light Ivory- RIP old pal. I bought this in Sephora in America and I am absolutely gutted it smashed on the floor - so much so I did wonder if I should just scrape it off of the floor but no, that is going too far. This foundation is much thicker and creamier in consistency compared to Bourjois Healthy Mix and a small pump is definitely all you need to cover the whole of the face. Like my other foundation, this is just a tiny bit too dark for my skin so I will definitely buy the lightest shade in the range when I come to repurchase.
Makeup Revolution Vivid Baked Highlighter in Golden Lights- A new, recent favourite. I haven't had this highlighter for long but I have worn it everyday since I bought it. I recently reviewed it and for £3, I cannot fault it. It is a beautiful off-white highlighter which is perfect for the cheekbones.
Natural Collection Solo Eyeshadow in Willow- I know this is a powder eyeshadow but it makes for the most gorgeous highlight! Another new favourite which I recently reviewed, this eyeshadow/highlighter hybrid is a beautiful shimmery pink champagne which is intensely pigmented and a bargain at £1.99.
ELF Studio Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder in Turks & Caicos- I have owned this duo blush and bronzing powder palette for a while now and it went unused for a while. I recently re-discovered it as I went through my make-up and I have made sure to add it into my everyday make-up routine. I love each shades individually and they both are perfect for contouring.
Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in Transparent- A pure essential. Immediately makes my oily, shiny face completely matte with just a few sweeps of a brush. I couldn't live without it and I don't mind reapplying throughout the day!

For the eyes:
BareMinerals Prime Time Eyelid Primer- Another new addition to my make-up bag, this is a mini version of their popular eyelid primer. It may be small but goodness me, it works like a dream. It does exactly what you want it to do and makes eyeshadow stay put all day long. I will 100% be purchasing the full size!
MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Vintage Selection- I absolutely adore MAC Paint Pots which might be evident from my recent post on my Paint Pot collection. Vintage Selection is the newest shade in my collection and along with Painterly, it is m most used. It is the most beautiful champagne shimmer and looks lovely on its own or on top of other eyeshadows.
Natural Collection Solo Eyeshadow in Willow- As well as using this eyeshadow as a highlight, it is also a beautiful eyeshadow! For £1.99 it is incredibly pigmented and a real bargain.
BareMinerals The Finer Things Eyeshadow Palette- I reviewed this eyeshadow palette yesterday and I am utterly in love with it. Each eyeshadow is intensely pigmented and I would say they were on par with MAC, if not better. For £16.99 this eyeshadow palette is wonderful.
Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper- My favourite eyeliner of all time. It is intense in colour, lasts all day, does not budge or smudge and most of all, it makes creating a winged liner effortless due to its fine tip. I would repurchase this until the end of time!

What are your current everyday make-up products?

  1. The Bareminerals pallette looks really lovely. Nice blog! X

  2. I am obsessed with the Kat Von D liner, so much so I might just throw away all my others haha! I really need to try the Natural Collection shadow, it's such an underratted brand and their blushes are my favourite!

    1. I am thinking that too! I used to love the Soap and Glory Supercat Eyeliner but the Kat Von D eyeliner is on a whole other level! xx
