Review: Bourjois Paris Shine Edition Lipstick in 1,2,3 Soleil

You can never have too many lipsticks, right? At least that's what I told myself a few weeks ago when I bought two new Bourjois Lipsticks.

I've never tried them before but I had a few minutes to kill in Boots and it was 3 for 2 so.. I bought a Bourjois Shine Edition Lipstick and a Bourjois Rogue Edition Lipstick, both of which I completely adore and haven't stopped wearing since.

The Bourjois Shine Edition Lipstick I bought is in the shade 20 which is called 1,2,3 Soleil. 1,2,3 Soleil is a gorgeous red toned coral which is perfect for summer. Yep, summer has just passed but I'mma still wear it anyway! Other bloggers have said this shade reminds them of MAC's Vegas Volt so if you're after a cheaper dupe then make you could give this one a try.

The Bourjois Shine Edition Lipsticks do remind me a hell of a lot like Revlon Lip Butters. Though, dare I say it, I think I prefer these to the Lip Butters. They are so much glossier and easier to apply, if that were possible. They don't cling to dry areas of the lips which is great and they make the lips feel so much more moisturised than before.

I noticed that 1,2,3 Soleil lasted around 2-3 hours before wearing away but it's nothing another coat won't fix. Overall, I am so pleased with this product. It's so easy to apply and such a pretty colour which is very wearable during the day. I definitely plan on buying a few more!
