Review // Rimmel London Wake Me Up Foundation in Ivory

After hearing good things about the Rimmel London Wake Me Up Foundation, I decided to buy a bottle to test it out for myself. As I am very pale, and usually choose the palest foundation shade a brand has to offer, I bought the shade Ivory.
The Wake Me Up Foundation is housed in a 30ml glass bottle with an instantly recognisable florescent orange lid which I'm quite fond of. When you take the lid off you find an orange pump which makes for easy application.

The packaging claims that this foundation gives you an "anti-fatigue effect and a radiant glow" which is true. The foundation itself is filled with little illuminating particles which gives you the radiant glow that the bottle suggests. They leave the skin looking fresh and glowy, perfect for the summer! This also has SPF 15 in which is fabulous. I apply using my Real Techniques Stippling Brush which blends the foundation in perfectly.

Apparently this foundation is full coverage but I'm not so sure about that as my cheeks are horribly red and as much as it covers the redness to an extent, I feel like I need to keep applying more to try and cover it all. I found that the Wake Me Up Foundation lasted around 5 hours before fading away which is rather annoying but for the price and the initial results, I don't mind having to re-apply.
